Baked char with honey garlic dill marinade

Ingredients:

  • 100ml olive oil
  • 1/4 bunch dill
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp spoon honey
  • Lemon juice (1 lemon)
  • Salt pepper

Method:

  1. Mince garlic, chop dill finely, in a bowl combine with lemon juice, olive oil and honey
  2. Place the char in a baking sheet lined with tinfoil skin side down
  3. Rub char gently with marinade as evenly as possible
  4. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until flaked easily with a fork
