Arctic char
Baked char with honey garlic dill marinade
Ingredients:
- 100ml olive oil
- 1/4 bunch dill
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp spoon honey
- Lemon juice (1 lemon)
- Salt pepper
Method:
- Mince garlic, chop dill finely, in a bowl combine with lemon juice, olive oil and honey
- Place the char in a baking sheet lined with tinfoil skin side down
- Rub char gently with marinade as evenly as possible
- Bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until flaked easily with a fork
