First Fish is a social enterprise supplying fish wild caught off the coast of Baffin Island, Nunavut from the pristine waters of the Canadian Arctic – which are some of the cleanest in the world. All fish is caught using local, traditional and sustainable methods. The fishermen travel hundreds of kilometers on snowmobiles and use only nets and long lines to catch the fish through up to eight feet of ice, for minimal disturbance to the environment. First Fish aims to improve the quality of life for Inuit communities on Baffin Island. Through the development of a fully functional in-shore fishing facility, provides employment opportunities for everyone across the island to create a positive future children can look forward to.

Gidney wild-caught Nova Scotian lobsters are MSC Certified and include no additives or preservatives. The product is processed in a humane way called HPP - the meat is removed with pressurized, highly purified water, as opposed to using heat and additives, which leaves the meat completely raw and preserves its natural flavour. The meat is then immediately cryogenically flash frozen and vacuum sealed for unparalleled quality and freshness.
Tuckshop Kitchen is a small, locally owned restaurant in west Toronto specializing in house cured meats, homemade sauces and delicious treats. Since 2015 Tuckshop has been a lunch staple in the area and recently has begun to share its house smoked bacon with the rest of the province. Our pork bellies are sourced from Ontario farms and get individually bagged with the perfect amount of cure to produce a flavourful and consistent product each time. After a weeklong cure they are rinsed and applewood smoked to perfection.
