Here at Chef's Vault we are a small team with backgrounds in farming, sustainable food sourcing and even cooking in Michelin star restaurants. We believe in our food and care about where it comes from.
After years of supplying some of the top restaurants with some of the best meat & seafood Canada has to offer, we thought, why not give everyone access to the same premium quality food in their homes? With that Chef's Vault was born.
Today, Chef’s Vault prioritizes delivering the highest quality of ethically sourced meat & seafood Canada has to offer right to people's homes. We hope to share the uniquely Canadian stories of our suppliers and have people understand more about their food, from a health, environmental and ethical perspective.
Most importantly, we hope to inspire people to sharpen their chef skills, broaden their taste buds and re-ignite the fire of their at-home cooking.
Every item available in the vault is sustainably sourced. We work with regenerative farmers, who focus on biodiversity through the treatment of their animals and the soil. We work with fisheries that practice sustainable wild catch techniques in some of the cleanest waters in Canada.
We work with unique bespoke small scale suppliers, with some pretty unique Canadian stories. All of the food we source is of the highest quality and you can taste the difference. It's healthier, tastier, better for the environment, and positively impacts local economies.
We like to think of our food as elevated, but fun. With our in-house chef Adam always ready to help with tips, we want to help demystify cooking elevated dishes at home. Wow your friends and family and have fun sharing food you can feel good about!
