Our 100% grass-fed baseball cut top sirloin is a thick, flavourful steakhouse favourite that is versatile and juicy. With a bold and beefy flavour, this steak can stand on its own with a touch of salt and pepper. Our grass-finishing process provides more flavour with less fat, and the product is flash frozen and vacuum sealed to ensure exceptional taste and freshness.

Our 8 Acres 100% grass-fed Canadian beef is raised in a natural and truly regenerative way on a farming collective in the Prairies that adds to the land as opposed to taking away from it, and employs the highest animal welfare standards. The cattle are raised in a pasture using rotational grazing, and never see a feedlot. Traceability of cattle, diet, genetics and welfare are guaranteed, as well as the following:
