Sourcing
Our halibut is line-caught in the cold, pristine waters around B.C. from Port Hardy to Rupert by local fishermen. Line fishing is the most environmentally friendly form of fishing, as there is no bycatch, which interferes with other species. Line fishing is also more labour-intensive, so it helps support the local fishing communities.
