Toulouse is a traditional French sausage made from some very simple, but high quality ingredients being white wine and garlic. This is a great way to taste the quality of our pastured pork, and a great addition to pastas.

That being said, our pasture raised hogs are raised outdoors between Spring and Fall and during the Winter season they are raised in an old fashioned bank barn with an outdoor option.
